PAYMENT POLICY
Full Tuition Payment
is due prior to the new semester: August 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025. Start dates for each semester are: August 12, 2024 (Aug 5th for Youth Ballet Company) and January 6, 2025.
4 Installment plan option payments
are due by: Aug. 1, Sept. 1, Oct. 1, Nov. 1, 2024 and Jan. 1, Feb. 1, Mar. 1, Apr. 1, 2025. There is a $5.00 service fee per each installment payment ($20.00 total per semester.).
Tuition will not be prorated
in the event of late registration or student absences. No refund will be given for early withdraw. Tuition will not be reduced for students attending partial semesters.

5% Discount
for families with more than one sibling registered or a student in multiple departments attending classes. Discount does not apply to performance or supply fees and is not applicable toward: supplemental dance, private vocal tuition, music theory, audition prep or dance cards. Scholarship recipients must be approved prior to registration. Dance scholarships may only be applied to supplemental classes.
Tuition is billed
via email invoicing and may be paid online with a credit card or in person by credit card, check or cash. Auto- withdraw option is available.
Performance Fees
are due in full at the beginning of each semester: August 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025. This fee covers all production costs: costumes, props, set and theatre expenses. No other fees will be charged including admission. This fee may not be added to the 4 payment plan option and is non refundable. The performance fee may not be transferred or applied toward tuition. This fee may not be prorated. Payment schedule for Performance Fee: 1st semester Due: Aug. 1, 2024 and 2nd semester Due: Jan. 1, 2025. Dance Performance Fee: $100.00 per semester ($150.00 Dance Students Registered in the 2025 Spring Semester Only) Acting Performance Fee: $60.00 per semester ($80.00 Acting Students Registered in the 2025 Spring Semester Only). A student enrolled in multiple classes pays only one performance fee: dance or drama, whichever is the greater amount. Siblings each pay the applicable performance fee.
Students with outstanding balances
will be ineligible to participate in performances.
All accounts must be paid in full by November 1, 2024 and April 1, 2025.
Spring Production dance costumes will not be distributed to dance students with outstanding tuition and/or performance fees. Actors will surrender their roles/scripts if accounts are outstanding. Reminder notices are sent via email.
